Starbucks Cookie Straw Now in PH

Last month, we featured a Starbucks Philippines‘ first – their Starbucks Fizzio Sparkling Beverages. Today, they brought in another first, only sweeter – the Starbucks Cookie Straw!

What’s better than an environment-friendly paper-straw? Answer:  an edible one! Ditch the plastic straw and let’s get more practical with the new Starbucks Cookie Straw!

Frappuccino Cookie Straw

Slightly toasted for the extra-crunch, the light Starbucks Cookie Straw is a rolled sweet wafer biscuit lined with rich chocolate ganache.

It’s not yet available on its own. But starting today until July 10, 2016, you can have it together with the new Mocha Ribbon Chip Frappuccino Blended Beverage! (I think it’s a good marketing strategy to co-promote the new drink as well, lol) 🙂

This new signature Coffee Frappuccino is made with java chips and lined (the cup) with Mocha sauce before pouring the Coffee Frappuccino and finally finished with Chocolate whipped cream, aromatic Turkish coffee grind and of course, the frappuccino cookie straw.

The Starbucks Cookie Straw will be available for purchase separately starting July 11 for Php 30 a piece.
