Celebrate Filipino Food with Master Garden Malabon’s New Dishes

Filipino food is now slowly getting recognised in the international market as marked by increased interest from food connoisseurs. Beyond the usual “Adobo”, popular Filipino favorites Kare-Kare and Sisig are now gaining the same spotlight. Interestingly, these are all found at Master Garden Restaurant in Malabon.

Getting a more elegant look, Master Garden’s new menu boasts of iconic Filipino dishes made with the restaurant’s personal touch from their culinary chef.

In addition to the their sought-after Seafood Kare-Kare and Sinigang na Baboy, Mater Garden Malabon offers Seafood Sinigang (mixed fresh seafood in tamarind soup) and Tungkab Biyaya – baked oyster topped with béchamel sauce, cheese, and herbs.

For the veggie lovers, don’t forget the Pinakbet (mixed vegetables sautéed in homemade bagoong and crispy lechon kawali). Not be left behind is the Sinuglaw fresh tuna kinilaw mixed with grilled liempo.

For those with big appetites, they also serve Baby Back Ribs (pork ribs marinated in Master Garden’s homemade barbecue sauce), Kalderetang Kambing ni Master (goat meat stew in special tomato sauce), and Sinugbang Liempo (marinated grilled pork belly).

For desserts, the line-up of “panghimagas” include the Master Garden Halo-Halo Special, Ligaya ni Aguinaldo (deep fried banana wrap served with vanilla ice cream), Chef’s Dessert (a sticky rice cake with fresh ripe mango topped with vanilla ice cream and mascovado sugar), and Chocolate Suman (rice cake dipped in chocolate syrup). They also serve juices, shakes, beers, cocktails, and hard drinks for the night crowd.

Inspired from a vision of establishing a first-class “Modern Casual Restaurant & Events Place” in Malabon City, owner Mr. Ernesto Chan built the 140 sq. meter3 storey-building with parking slot upto 9 cars to complement the restaurant. The Main Function Room at the 3rd floor alone has a seating capacity of 140 pax! It also houses the Luxurious Function Room which can accommodate up to 90 pax intended for a Ballroom Dancing area.

The Master Garden Events Place is fit for special events, weddings, and other occasions. It includes three Theme Family Room KTV Entertainment area as well.
