‘Going Green‘ these days are a lot easier than before. Today, there are a lot of varied ways to start a healthy living or even starting a diet – from the usual diet practices to the newest Keto diet.
Going healthy is also made easier since aside from the availability of healthy and organic foods in supermarkets, food supplements which complements our fast-paced lifestyle are also readily available in drugstores.
One such product we were recently introduced to is the Real Green food supplement from Japan.
Discovering Real Green
Based on the packaging and labels, Real Green powdered food supplement is a combination of Barley grass, Kale, and Matcha Green Tea made possible through Japanese technology.

Real Green Food Supplement
Barley is not a common fare in the Philippines but this brought back memories of our visits in Singapore where barley is a common beverage sought for its fiber benefits and ability to lower blood cholesterol.
While green tea is common, what I love most as its main ingredient is Kale. Kale is a very healthy vegetable – a superfood – which is potent and has a high dose of antioxidants levels known to fight cancer-cell formation. If for anything, this is the main reason why you would want to buy and try this new RealGreen food supplement!
Other ingredients indicated in the box includes water-soluble dietary fiber, conjugated liolenic acid, L-Carnitine, Trehalose, citric acid, aspartame, and sucralose.
Direction for use indicates simply dissolving it in 150-300 ml hot or cold water.
RealGreen Review
Overall, I like the idea of Real Green in combining three well-known “green” main ingredients, specially the very potent Kale. I find the taste quite similar with another health product of wheatgrass in the Philippines, and I like it – but I also know that this is so because I’m used to healthy eating.

Real Green Food Supplement Review
If you’re a starter or a newbie in ‘green living’, you might want to combine RealGreen with honey, or combine it in a smoothie or other dishes until you get used to the healthy “green” taste characteristic of other similar health powdered products.
