If supermarkets have their “bring your own eco-bag” campaigns, NutriAsia has the “Bring Your Own Bottle” (BYOB) advocacy.
As the name suggests, BYOB encourages consumers and the public in general, to reuse and upcycle old usable bottles for food-related purchases. Being a leading food, sauces, and condiments company, NutriAsia is doing their part by coming-up with a foodie zero-waste store where consumers can refill and buy your favorite NutriAsia brands such as UFC catsup, Datu Puti soy sauce, Datu-Puti vinegar, and cooking oil variants from Golden Fiesta!
As their first initiative which we can consider their first-phase, they started with a humble but well-designed pop-up store at the center of Bonifacio Global City (BGC) – JY Campos Park beside The Mind Museum along 3rd Avenue, in Taguig City.

“Bring Your Own Bottle” Campaign
The location is very strategic. With a high foot traffic, this functional store also serves to raise awareness even for passers-by. Come to think of it, it’s not really a grand idea. It’s a ctually a simple and beneficial one. But surprisingly Nutriasia is the first food-company to push this food concept to become a reality in the Philippines.
“NutriAsia has been a trusted partner of every Filipino home in making Masarap Masaya meals. And with BYOB, we hope to go beyond and create more Masarap Masaya moments by encouraging shoppers to help build a zero-waste community in their own ways,” shares James Lim, NutriAsia Corporate Marketing and Communications Head.
Moreover, the BYOB store is made out of eco-bricks that use plastic discards as a component, coming from the Arca South Eco Hub, a project of Arca South, Green Antz and Ayala Land Inc.
